Every school year Parents/Guardians are required to submit a transportation request form for each student to the school district in which you reside by April 1 to reserve transportation for the next school year. Below are links to home district transportation departments. Click on your link and look for the "Non-Public" or "Parochial School" transportation request form.
If you fail to submit a form by the deadline you may not receive transportation for your student for the next school year!
Unfortunately, not all districts provide transportation to SJP2 especially if you live further than 15 miles from our school. Contact your home district transportation office for more information and options.

Nonpublic school student textbooks are organized through Eastern Suffolk BOCES. SJP2 will request these books en masse for all of our students in April via an email list. In order to receive those books parents/guardians must provide Proof of Residency to your HOME DISTRICT BY April 29th. Verification of District Residency Forms are not necessary, since each district will be approving all nonpublic school students electronically. Finally, you will be notified over the summer when to go drop off old and/or pick up new textbooks at the Westhampton ES BOCES location.
