      SJPII Regional School provides hands-on Catholic education for our students; Religious values are infused within everything we do. Our students are empowered to become 21th Century problem solvers. All students at SJPII Regional participate in service projects and attend Mass.

    • What is your curriculum for Kindergarten-5th Grade?
      • SJPII Regional School follows NYS Common Core and Next Generation Standards. We support the standards through the SuperKids ELA program, Envisions Math and iReady for both.
    • What meals do you offer Elementary students? Snacks?
      • SJPII Regional has an optional lunch program or you can pack your lunch if your youngster prefers:

        • Monday-Thursday: Hot Lunch Option (Monthly menu is emailed home for sign ups.)
        • Friday: Cheese Pizza (Sign up in advance using form.)

        Students bring their own snacks at the elementary level.
    • How do you accommodate food allergies?
      • SJPII Regional is a peanut-aware school.
    • How do you select teachers? What is their training?
      • All teachers are NYS certified and receive ongoing training throughout the school year.
    • Do you have an on-site nurse?
      • Yes, we do!

    • Do you offer special education? Support?
      • We believe that all students have the right to Catholic education. SJPII Regional offers Response to Intervention (RTI) support and IEP/504 support through Riverhead.
    • Do you follow the same NYS testing as public schools?
      • Our students have the option of taking the grade 4 NYS ELA & Math assessment.  5th graders take the NYS Science assessmenet.
    • Tell me about tuition. How much does it cost to enroll?

    • We are registered parishioners, do we get a discount? Are there discounts for multiple children enrolled in the school?
      • Yes, we offer discounted rates to active parishioners and multiple children discounts as well.
    • We may need financial aid. Where do we start?
      • We recommend you start by looking at Tomorrow's Hope Foundation!  This option is available on a first come first served basis.
