Please read the sign up sheet carefully.

OPTION I:

All families enrolling in the Annual Plan must do so by each August.  

Annual plan After Care is charged through Facts.

OPTION II:

The Daily Rate plan will be billed monthly by the office and is payable upon receipt; 

cash or check (made out to SJPII Regional School)
